Who we are
This website is run by Krinav Care Journeys, a Krinav.life service, based in Gurugram, Delhi NCR, India. In these terms, "we" and "us" means Krinav Care Journeys and "you" means anyone using the site.
We are a medical travel facilitator. We are not a hospital, clinic or doctor and we do not give medical advice. Clinical opinions, treatment, prices for treatment and medical billing come from the treating hospital and its registered medical practitioners.
Information on this site
Treatment descriptions, recovery times and prices on this site are general guidance drawn from published hospital packages and industry pricing (2025–26). They are not quotes, medical advice or a promise of any outcome. Your actual plan and cost depend on a clinical assessment by the treating hospital.
Hospitals and doctors named on this site are shown for reference. A listing does not mean they have a contract with us unless we say so in writing.
Sending us an enquiry
- An enquiry is free and creates no obligation on you or us. It is not a booking, a referral or a contract for treatment.
- Give accurate information that belongs to you, or that you have authority to share on behalf of a family member.
- Do not use the form for emergencies. If you need urgent care, contact your local emergency services.
- We may decline an enquiry, for example if the treatment is outside what we coordinate or travel would not be safe.
No guarantees
We do not guarantee hospital acceptance, a particular doctor, visa approval, treatment results or recovery time. Hospitals, doctors, airlines, hotels and the Government of India make their own decisions.
Paid services
If you choose to use our concierge services, we will send a written proposal with the fee, what's included and the cancellation terms before you pay anything. Our Patient Service Terms then apply. You pay the hospital directly for treatment; we never collect or mark up clinical fees.
Our liability
We take care to keep this site accurate, but we are not liable for decisions made on the basis of general information on it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your rights under India's Consumer Protection Act 2019 or the consumer law of your home country where it applies.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. If a dispute can't be resolved by talking to us first, the courts at Gurugram, Haryana, India have jurisdiction, without removing any right you have to bring a claim where you live.
