Who we are
Krinav Care Journeys is a medical travel service based in Gurugram, Delhi NCR, India, part of Krinav.life. We help people from other countries arrange planned treatment at accredited hospitals in Delhi, and look after them until they're home.
What we do
- Get written opinions and prices from accredited hospitals for your case
- Help with the hospital letter, visa, flights and a place to stay
- Meet you at the airport and go with you to appointments
- Arrange nursing and physiotherapy visits after discharge, through vetted local partners
- Collect your records in English and set up video follow-ups
What we don't do
- Give medical advice or make clinical decisions: those are for your doctors
- Take payments for treatment: you pay the hospital directly
- Take commissions from individual doctors
- Promise results, or claim hospitals are our 'partners' when they aren't
Money
How we're paid
Our fee is fixed, separate and agreed in writing before you book. The hospital is paid directly by you, and any arrangement between us and a hospital is disclosed to you.

Medical travel (treatment and health check-ups at hospitals) and Ayurveda stays are separate. We never combine them into one trip.
